My Ps3 Will Play Movies But Not Games

My Ps3 Will Play Movies But Not Games! The summer is traditionally a fantastic season for movies, but much of us haven't quite involved with last year's blockbusters yet. Not only that, however when the weather's nice, being placed in a dark, cold movie theater doesn't seem to be a lot of fun.Fortunately there's a large amount of cool new technology available on the market this year, so it will be easy to watch a couple of flicks about the beach or throughout vacation. Here's a look at a couple of of the best devices that could stream or play movies about the go.

Smartphones Smartphones have small screens, however they can still provide big personal entertainment. Phones like the iPhone and also the Nexus One have apps which can stream movies over WiFi, such as the Netflix app. However, you need to note that while the crooks to have 3G coverage, bandwidth limitations usually prevent on-the-go movie streaming. Still, it's simple to download movies onto a smartphone if you have the room. Online stores like iTunes provide movie downloads and even rentals for the modest fee. Tablet Computers Tablet computers are undoubtedly the simplest way to watch movies about the go, while they provide a better screen than most laptops with an intuitive interface. Some of the best screens available on the market include the Apple iPad 2 at $499, the Motorola Xoom at $499 along with the Asus Eee Transformer at $399. Playing movies will certainly drain a tablet's battery life, but all the tablets in the list above will play for approximately 5-6 hours or higher.

Portable DVD Players Yeah, these aren't quite as fun as the tablets and smartphone's, because portable DVD players don't stream movies. They play them from--you guessed it--DVDs. Still, if you don't have a subscription to a movie website or if you wish to rewatch some old favorites, there are a number of cheap portable DVD players on the market that will do just as well. Players much like the Philips PD9000 will do the job for under $100. Most portable DVD players have a battery life of around 5 hours, which should be sufficient for any vacationer.

Netbooks and Laptops Laptops and netbooks can also play movies and stream from a WiFi connection. They're perfect for many movie aficionados plus they don't have to be constantly held just like a tablet or smartphone. Remember that a good pair of headphones and a netbook should be fine for streaming movies. The Asus Eee series features a number of cheap netbooks that may work just the thing for on-the-go movie viewing. Toshiba and Sony also have great goods that are ideal for movies, particularly if paired having an online movie service like Amazon Prime or Netflix.

!!! My Xbox Will Play Movies But Not Games

My Xbox Will Play Movies But Not Games! Did you know that you can get free movie tickets to find out movies before they even come in theatres? It's true, you'll be able to. Now, I can't 100% guarantee that when you adopt these measures, you'll definitely get free movie tickets, or always get tickets to the movies you want to see, however, there is a good chance you will at least acquire some free tickets.

The first thing you need to do is visit: and sign up for that site. MovieView is often a Nielsen (NRG) website that recruits people for test-screenings of the latest films before they come out in theatres. It does not cost anything to join your website. You just fill in the registration form, provide them with some contact details (so they really know where you can send your tickets), and after that wait.

I think your local area will probably be the greatest factor in determining whether you get free movie tickets from Nielsen. If you live inside a big city like, NY or LA, you're probably golden. If you live inside a rural a part of Alaska, I would not bank on getting any movie tickets.

The nest thing you can do is sign up to participate FilmMetro at: FilmMetro works virtually the same as MovieView, it is just another way to improve your odds of getting free tickets to see new movies. CampusCircle ( can be another good one you should join. All of these sites are free to sign up, like I said, you just need to fill out the registration form and make contact with details.

Now, another important thing you ought to know is that when you have some credentials, you are going to have a better probability of getting tickets. So, what exactly are "credentials" and just how do you get them? Well, credentials would entail that you've got some kind of influence within the movie ticket sales as soon as the movie is released in theatres. The most obvious example would be a film critic.

The beautiful thing about the internet is that anyone, and I do mean anyone, may become a film critic these days. All you must do is start your individual blog and review some films. Movie studios tend to be inclined to present test-screening tickets to the people they know will certainly write about and assess the film when they see it. Why? Because reviews cost nothing advertising for their movies and definately will thus enhance their ticket sales.

Another benefit to starting a show review blog is when your blog actually starts to gain obviously any good small amount of popularity, start off to get emails from movie studios actually asking you to come visit a sneak preview of their movie as long as you reveal it afterwards.
